FINDING the WAY
Finding the Way is a two-fold program:
1. During the school year
2. During the summer months
During the school year The Empowerment Group Inc. runs an after-school mentoring/tutoring program for adolescents.

Life Enrichment
During the summer The Empowerment Group Inc. runs a summer work program for the adolescents involved during the school year.
We offer:
Summer Internship

We offer:
Academic Tutoring
- College students are available each week to tutor the participants in the program- assisting them with homework help when needed and giving necessary support in areas where they may struggle academically.
Mentoring
- Influential male role models from the community are present to give the students the opportunity to bond with a male that they may not otherwise have. At this particular age, having a positive male at the student’s disposal can be imperative.
Life Enrichment
- Each week students will be engaged with life sessions that will challenge their current ideologies and expand their mental capacity to see life beyond their current circumstances.
During the summer The Empowerment Group Inc. runs a summer work program for the adolescents involved during the school year.
We offer:
Summer Internship
- Students involved with this program will be selected through an application/interview process to participate in a paid internship working alongside a locally owned small business– in partnership with the Empowerment Group.
